Have you heard of Outstanding in the Field before? It’s been a few years since I’ve thought of them but basically they are a mobile dinner party that sets up long grazing tables in the farms and occasionally museums where the food is grown. You literally eat amongst the food as it grows. It’s truly a sight, and I’ve always wanted to see how one of their dinners is coordinated from start to finish…hm..some contacting may be in order…
